Roles & Responsibilities

• To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

• To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.

• Control the cost of the materials and labour.

• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.

• To liaising and coordinate all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, ensure successful implementation of the project.

• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.

• Ensure proper project documentation.

• Monitor and report project progression to management.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• A Diploma or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

• Min. 3 years of experience in ACMV works.

• A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.

• Able to work independently and work as a project team

• Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.

• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups

• Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings

• A team player with the ability to handle stress and meet deadlines.
