Responsibilities

• Prepare day to day Shipping Instructions, shipping documentations (inclusive of Invoices, Certificate of Origin and Preferential Certificate) for outbound shipments to customers.

• Ensure accurate system transactions, quantity & location of each shipment and creation of delivery orders, pack-slip, shipping invoice & release of goods to forwarder.

• Manage procedures and shipment of dangerous goods (DGR).

• Ensure Products are shipped with up to date and valid Preferential Certificate to respective countries.

• Coordinate and liaise with Forwarders and Customer Support on all outbound shipment.

• Attend to matters relating to Logistic issues eg. Insurance claim, custom clearance & other shipping documentation if necessary.

• Responsible for the Order Processing and confirmation of Sales Orders to customer.

• Work closely with Planners and/or Production Supervisors or Customer Support to ensure smooth delivery to meet customers’ requirements.

• Archive and keep proper records of all shipment documentations for auditing purposes.

• Work with Planners to provide monthly forecast to Forwarder to secure air / sea shipment cargo space.

• Prepare weekly /monthly charts for On-time delivery shipment, Sales & Quantity project report etc.

• Verify all freight invoices from 3rd party service Providers.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in an MNC manufacturing environment

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• A team player and able to work independently under tight schedules

• Fluent in English and ability to communicate in any Asian languages will be an advantage

• Proficient in MS office and familiar in MRP in a manufacturing environment

• Good working knowledge of SAP HANA will be an advantage
