Manager, Branding & Event Marketing (1-Year Contract)

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our Corporate Communications team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in planning and executing branding and marketing initiatives—particularly for high-profile events like the Aviation showcase at the Singapore Airshow 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Singapore Airshow 2026 exhibition

• Coordinate receptions and manage hospitality arrangements

• Collaborate with vendors and partners on event activities, giveaways, and logistics

• Oversee on-site elements including catering, staffing, and operations

• Provide support for other exhibitions throughout the contract duration

• Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations

• Handle administrative tasks such as briefing sessions and access passes

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in event or exhibition management

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-focused
