Job Scope
• Provide front-line technical support for RF Wireless customers.
• Provide expert-level pre- and post-sales support, technical guidance for RF-related applications.
• Understanding customers’ use cases and expected functions and help to troubleshoot the application at all levels.
• Work proactively to propose solutions such as demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical designs, and solution proposals.
• Ability to identify signal chain of RF Wireless Equipment
• Develop reference designs and demo applications to showcase RF Wireless solutions for specific customer use cases.
• Assist customers in implementing RF Wireless design-in, including writing technical specification, recommending suitable components and modules, integrating RF Wireless component designs into larger systems.
• Prepare and execute technical seminars, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on RF Wireless technologies, design flow, application / product training and best practices.
• Create and maintain user-friendly technical documentation, application notes, and whitepapers to help customers with their RF Wireless implementation process.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback on product features, requirements, and issues to the product management and engineering teams.
• Assist in the development of new RF Wireless products or features based on customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and customer presentations.

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in RF/Microwave electronics engineering applications area.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of RF Wireless technologies e.g. Cellular/RF Microwave/BT/WLAN.
• Good understanding RF principles such as RF/microwave circuit design, block diagram, schematic, layout, test results.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators, etc.).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing is a must.
