We are seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions of the organization. This role is crucial in identifying areas for operational improvement, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing processes. The Continuous Improvement Manager will implement methodologies to improve the quality of products and services, reduce waste, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement throughout the company.

The role will report to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and processes, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement

  • Facilitate the implementation of process improvements across various departments, including production, operations, and customer service

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies

  • Manage and lead continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget

  • Coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques

  • Work closely with department managers, team leads, and employees to implement improvement initiatives

 

Qualities We Value

  • Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and processes

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field

  • Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement projects

  • Experience Continuous Improvement methodologies

  • Strong project management skills with a history of delivering results within deadlines and budgets.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
