Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact
The primary role is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients. You must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. You must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
Research and build relationships with new clients
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Participate and attend functions such as trade exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends, as well as prospect for new clients
Organise technology demonstration events to showcase capabilities and engage potential customers
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Present and apprise company's management on sales progress during bi-monthly sales review meeting
Qualities We Value
Degree in Engineering or Business
At least 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience
Experience in Defence System will be of added advantage
