Job Summary:

As a Rental Operations Executive in Eurokars Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our rental fleet. This position requires a blend of operational acumen and customer service excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our rental operations, digitalization of the business, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

·       Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall rental experience.

·       Coordinate with Fleet Operations Team to ensure timely repairs and servicing of vehicles.

·       Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.

·       Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes to enhance overall workflow.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective operations.

·       Planning and execution for the daily movement of vehicles and manpower, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of external and internal customer bookings.

·       Verify and manage rental agreements, including proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

·       Executing quality control measures to ensure vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards.

·       Update and send daily reports to the necessary stakeholders.

Qualifications:

·       Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

·       Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

·       Class 3/3A/3C driver’s license is a must, with at least 2 years of driving experience.
