Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments for requests and issue resolution.
Program Implementation:
Take ownership of new program implementations for key accounts.
Engage in initiative and project discussions, leading and monitoring implementation progress.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and report stockholdings
Prepare indent reports for monthly reviews.
Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in line with forecasts, commercial, and stockholding requirements.
Performance Metrics:
Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics and performance.
Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports and present operational KPIs.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals.
Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
Transactional-Tasks:
Effectively use the SAP system to manage a high number of material SKUs.
Support clients in good receipt, redressing, write off, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other activities.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
Preferably 2 years relevant experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
Preferred knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and process mapping skills.
