Airfreight Planning Executive - $3500/ East - #1095505

* An established Freight Forwarder providing one- stop business solutions in global transportation and logistics
* Work Location: East (Transport provided)
* Basic Salary Up to $3500 + Fixed AWS + Variable Bonus + Competitive Staff Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and Plan space for loading of shipment to maximize efficiency
- Follow up on status of Freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated
- Work closely with Airline on enquiries on Rate, Tracking and other matters
- Creating, maintaining and reviewing the Selling rate and Buying from Customer/ Carriers
- Ensure that all shipments are completed and uplifted on time with agreed rate with Customer and Airline
- Produce Progress Report and Profit & Loss Report to the Team and Stakeholders handling RFQ, Tender
- Coordinate with Sales Team on enquiries and assist them in providing best solutions
- Able to understand the Buying/ Selling Rates from Customer & Airlines
- Able to plan all BUP Shipment for consolidation

Job Requirement:

- GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma in relevant field of studies
- Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Airfreight Planning from the Freight Forwarding industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical thinking with problem solving abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Possess good teamwork abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
