Job Description:

• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipments to maximize efficiency.

• Follow up on the status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated.

• Work closely with airlines on inquiries regarding rates, tracking, and other matters.

• Create, maintain, and review selling and buying rates from customers and carriers.

• Ensure that all shipments are completed and uplifted on time at the agreed rate with the customer and airline.

• Produce progress reports and profit/loss summaries for the team and stakeholders.

• Handle RFQ and TENDER.

• Coordinate with sales on inquiries and assist them in providing the best solutions.

• Be familiar with all buying and selling rates from customers and airlines.

• Plan all BUP shipments for consolidation.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the same industry or field.

• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Able to work on Weekends if required (Alternate Saturdays)
