Job Summaries:

• Working days: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

• Gross salary up to $3500

The Role: 

• Handle import/export documentation and customs permits, including Tradenet declarations and preparation of relevant shipping documents.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties such as customers, agents, warehouses, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment operations.

• Manage airfreight shipments, including handling pre-alerts, arranging import clearance and delivery, and supporting cross-trade activities.

• Provide customer service and quotations, maintaining a customer-centric approach and responding to inquiries and shipment updates promptly.

• Process billing and ensure compliance, including timely invoice generation and adherence to both local regulations and internal procedures.

What are we looking for? 

• Possessed Certificate in Tradenet

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in freight and logistics sales, operations, or customer service.
