Administrative & Procurement:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation and correspondence.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
Sales Support & Customer Coordination:
- Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.
- Issue invoices and ensure proper documentation for sales transactions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
A Level or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, procurement, or sales support.
Experience in issuing invoices and handling sales documentation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
