Your Role, Your Influence:

• Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits for local and foreign workers in compliance with MOM regulations

• Maintain and update the company’s HR database and employee records accurately

• Organize and handle workers' training programs, trade tests, and necessary certifications

• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), verify Delivery Orders (DO), Tax Invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment processing

• Ensure timely and accurate updates on the OFWAS system.

• Manage insurance matters and submit WICA claims as required

• Liaise between management and internal department, including foreign employees, to address HR-related issues

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Min of 2 years of experience in HR and administration

• Min Diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field is required

• Fresh graduates are welcome
