Our client is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Develop BIM plans: Support the BIM Manager in creating and implementing Building Execution Plans (BEP) for assigned projects.

• Implement BIM processes: Execute BIM implementation processes according to agreed BEPs, ensuring smooth workflow across all project disciplines.

• Manage BIM standards: Take charge of developing, implementing, and enforcing project BIM standards for all related deliverables.

• Coordinate workflows: Facilitate BIM workflows and processes across various project disciplines, promoting collaboration and efficiency.

• Maintain central model: Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct reviews: Perform regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues proactively.

• Prepare deliverables: Create and deliver high-quality BIM outputs, including models, clash reports, asset data, and 3D visualizations.

• Track progress: Monitor and report on BIM progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.

• Provide training: Support and train project team members on BIM workflows and software, fostering a culture of digital literacy.

• Offer expertise: Participate in project meetings, providing valuable BIM expertise to enhance project outcomes.

• Implement BIM uses: Engage in various project-specific BIM uses and oversee the submission of related deliverables.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, with a strong foundation in construction principles.

• Industry experience: At least 5 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management.

• BIM expertise: 4 years of relevant BIM experience as a Project level BIM Coordinator, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects.

• Project cycle knowledge: Experience in completing a full project cycle at design or construction phase is highly valued.

• Certifications: Possession of Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management, or DDM tier3 is advantageous.

• Software proficiency: Familiarity with coordination software such as Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is a plus.
