Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage outbound shipments upon received the request form, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including shipping labels, invoices, and export/import paperwork.
Schedule and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable for payment of customs duties, taxes, and forwarder handling fees.
Work with courier or freight company to schedule and ensuring smooth shipping operation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to shipping procedures, international shipping regulations, and customs requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
