Role Overview
Masjid Al-Istiqamah is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Corporate Service Manager in maintaining efficient administrative operations. This role involves providing essential support across HR, administrative, and financial functions while ensuring compliance with MUIS regulations and mosque policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating administrative support for mosque events and programs
Help maintain documentation and filing systems
Assist in Front Counter/Reception duties
Support HR and Finance documentation including invoices, receipts, bills, staff records, leave management, and claims processing
Support procurement processes and vendor relationship management

Qualifications & Skills
1. Education
Minimum N-Level
Higher Nitec in Business Administration or its equivalent is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Good communication skills in English and Malay
Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with jemaah and colleagues
3. Experience
No working experience required. Training will be provided.
Prior administrative or receptionist experience is an added advantage.
