We are looking for a Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CEI Pte. Ltd.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Marketing Engineers.
To liaise closely with customers in ensuring efficient processing of new orders, rescheduling of open orders, delivery schedule and RMA.
To verify, acknowledge and process new Purchase Order such as pricing, order leadtime, product information, ship to and bill to address and etc.
To process SWO, Price Change, AVL, RFQ, Doc-in, RMA, e-Billing and e-PR promptly.
To maintain accurate and updated pricing for Finish Goods and component in the system.
To provide shipment details to customers.
To update monthly sales, OTD, Open Order Report, Customer’s report.
To upload the verified SWO into SentryFile portal.
To support the Project Management team in the execution of customer projects. This will include the management of functional requirements from a technical, manufacturing and perspective to deliver the project on time.
Interface with functional departments on the progress of the work, updating the project plan and where appropriate to identify the relevant activities and critical items having significant impact on the project deliverables and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Any other adhoc duties as required.
About you:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering preferred. Candidates with business related discipline can be considered.
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in contract manufacturing.
Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of MRP system will be an advantage.
