Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the HR Executive (Learning & Development) position.

Responsibilities:

• Determine workforce learning needs

• Collect data gathered from line managers on competencies gaps

• Incorporate profiling tools into the learning needs analysis process

• Prioritise learning needs based on current and future business requirements

• Co-ordinate learning programmes

• Work with business units to develop business case course content

• Update e-learning content used in internal training

• Assess external vendors' learning course content, checking for suitability to meet training needs

• Manage physical and virtual learning platforms. Liaise with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses

• Support learning programmes delivery

• Communicate developed learning courses' schedule and objectives to employees

• Leverage the usage of technology in learning programmes

• Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements

• Collect evaluation scores to assess effectiveness of learning programmes

• Facilitate payments to vendors

• Audit completion of mandated learning courses, and identify lapses for enhancements

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience.

• Comfortable to travel between company sites with company’s shuttle bus service.

• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, with good teamwork and liaison skills.

• Experience of working with people from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

• A commitment to engaging with, understanding, and promoting Company’s values, vision and mission and safeguarding best practice.
