The Role:

• Act as the LIMS Super User, overseeing daily operations, system administration, and user support.

• Troubleshoot LIMS issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure end-user satisfaction across departments.

• Coordinate and support LIMS-related projects in the SEA region, collaborating with IT and business teams.

• Work with IT developers to validate and implement LIMS customizations aligned with business needs.

• Maintain and update LIMS procedures; conduct training for relevant stakeholders.

• Support IT infrastructure teams to ensure system integrity and performance for LIMS operations.

• Drive continuous improvement through PIP initiatives, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Standardize processes across laboratories and promote a culture of operational excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in a laboratory environment

• Experience coordinating or working at a high level within a LIMS
