Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and personal files in both digital and paper formats
Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and memos
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates
Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in organizing training sessions, HR-related events, or employee engagement activities
Handle HR-related inquiries and redirect as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level
Prior experience in HR or administrative support preferred
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Meticulous and able to maintain confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
