About the role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in the Tuas West Region. This is a full-time position with a shift work schedule of 3-4-4-3. The salary range for this role starts from $3,000 and includes AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of equipment and machinery

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve complex issues

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as required

• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical diploma or certification in a field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technician in the mining, resources, or energy industries

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
