Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
Salary: S$5500 - S$7500

Collaborate with the Senior Assistant Director (Business Development), along with teams from Academic, Business Development, Marketing, Programme Operations, and faculty members to design meaningful and high-impact lifelong learning initiatives. Oversee Continuing Education and Training (CET) academic programmes by conducting initial assessments to ensure their relevance, long-term viability, and successful implementation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with current clients while actively growing the customer base.
Handle inquiries from prospective students and clients via phone and email.
Conduct meetings—virtually or face-to-face—to gather client requirements.
Identify and engage appropriate trainers for various programmes.
Create and present customized proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms to secure beneficial agreements.
Finalize deals and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless programme execution and an optimal student experience.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to effectively promote student immersion programmes.
Contribute to business development planning and support sales initiatives.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new business prospects or risks.
Track and report on business development efforts, including lead generation, sales progress, and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with at least three years of experience in key account management.
Background in higher education, adult learning, professional training, or the MICE industry, with a solid grasp of the sector’s dynamics.
Familiarity with managing end-to-end education or training programmes—from planning and marketing to implementation and follow-up—is a plus.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive, goal-driven team player capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Proven ability to manage several projects at once and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
