This is a 12-month contract role with 1 month of completion bonus.

Job Description

HEC SCM FP&A

• Demonstrate ability to link business drivers to financial data and information

• Assist SCM Finance Manager in annual budget process and monthly forecast for HEC SCM

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement

• Assist in preparing HEC SCM operations review.

• Provide inputs to SCM team and HEC BU controller to drive consistency of analytics and reporting.

TEC Finance Operations

• Manage internal interactions on matters related TEC BU to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

• Implement new tools and technologies to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

Job Skills and Competencies

• Financial Modelling: Proficiency in building simple financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends

• Business Acumen: Good understanding of how business value / cost drivers impact financials.

• Finance Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate and insightful reports to explain business performance and forecast

• Process & Systems: Familiarity with SAP with strong understanding of processes and ability to identify issues and implement change for process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reporting / FP&A role
