Accounts Executive - #1095158

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in the Tampines East Region and will be responsible for handling a range of financial and accounting duties to support the overall operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and generating financial reports

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Processing invoices, payments, and other transactions in a timely manner

• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance functions as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts or finance role, preferably within the Accounting or Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industries

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

• Proficient in using Quickbooks Online accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the finance team and other stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
