Senior Quantity Surveyor - #1095144

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to oversee the cost and contract management of our civil engineering and drainage projects. The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost control, tendering, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for tender submissions.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and procurement strategies.

• Administer contracts, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Conduct site measurements and valuations.

• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations (e.g., BCA)

• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve cost-related issues.

• Assist in risk management and cost forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
