Sales Support Engineer

Job Scope:

• Assist the sales team in preparing all sales and tender-related documentation, cost estimates, and material submissions.

• Create sales quotations and proposals.

• Provide both sales and administrative support to the Sales and Project Team.

• Coordinate with factories and sub vendors to gather necessary documents, ensuring all submissions are complete and submitted on time.

• Help the sales team respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues where needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, Documentation, Logistics, and Finance.

• Manage the sales order process, from quotation and sales order to purchase order and delivery order.

• Able to read interpret P&ID, Drawings, Schematic Diagrams

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Engineering

• Possess sales/commercial acumen is advantageous

• No experience are welcome to apply- Training will be provided

• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD (2D)
