Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain material movement records in SAP (e.g., goods issue/receipt).

• Handle phone calls related to warranty registration and customer enquiries.

• Prepare and manage delivery documents, invoices, and reports.

• Coordinate with warehouse, transport vendors, and internal teams.

• Support general logistics and administrative tasks. 

Requirement

• Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.

• At least 2 years’ experience in administration and inventory management.

• Possess SAP knowledge will be an advantage especially on MM and SD modules.
