ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to help lead the growth of a new and exciting lifestyle brand that offers personal care and home solutions for modern, everyday living. This role involves brand positioning, campaign planning, and product promotion to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to strengthen identity and presence in the market
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (digital, in-store, and print)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and identify new opportunities
Campaign & Content Marketing
Plan and execute 360 degrees campaigns across digital, retail, social, influencer, and event channels
Manage content calendars and coordinate creatives across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, EDMs, etc.)
Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals
Monitor campaign KPIs and use insights to refine strategies and drive performance
Product Marketing & Launches
Assist with product development, conduct consumer and market research, define product requirements, lead and drive product launches, develop and maintain user manuals, and manage product roadmaps and timelines
Drive innovation within existing product areas with industry trends and best practices
Support new product launches with go-to-market plans, messaging, and rollout campaigns
Develop and manage marketing assets such as brochures, videos, displays, and demo kits
Gather product feedback and performance data to improve future launches and messaging
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Own the brand's social presence, curating and creating content that builds engagement and community
Execute paid media strategies, influencer collaborations, SEO, and email marketing efforts
Track performance analytics and continuously optimize content and media spend
Public Relations, Events & Trade Marketing
Assist with outreach, influencer seeding, and event planning to generate buzz and visibility
Coordinate brand activations, pop-ups, in-store promotions, and roadshows
Work with external vendors, partners, and agencies to bring co-branded campaigns to life
Support in-store visual merchandising and POS deployment for promotions and product features
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the consumer retail industry
Have successfully scaled and led result driving marketing campaigns with clear management reporting metrics to measure success
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, EDM platforms, etc.)
Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Passions for lifestyle, wellness, and consumer technology brands and products
