Food Technologist

Job scope:

• Development and Formulation of new recipes/products

• Preparation and QC analysis of the food samples

• Conduct sensory evaluation and tasting sessions.

• Support Manager in documentation (regulatory compliance check, other document works, etc)

• Maintain the laboratory equipment (including calibration) and office (including laboratory kitchen and storage) in a good order

• And other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or ITE in Food Science / Food Technology / Manufacturing or any other related field

• Fresh graduate is welcomed

• Basic PC and laboratory equipment operation

• Strong interest in cooking is preferred

• Interested in food culture would be an added advantage.
