Job Responsibilities:
Travel between different locations to provide on-site IT support, as this role is on a roving basis.
Ensure smooth operation and functionality of Point of Sale (POS), network and applications/systems across multiple outlets island wide.
Manage and maintain hardware and software, including configuration and maintenance of peripherals, backup processes, and system upgrades or replacements.
Handle after-hours on-call escalation and support for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems **(including weekends and PH).
Collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, purchases and subscriptions.
Undertake additional duties related to your job scope as assigned by your Manager and/or Team Leader.

Candidates with relevant working experience in IT support are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in a roving role, providing on-site support across multiple locations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver outcomes promptly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to solutions.
Experience in documenting standard operating procedures, processes, and work instructions.
Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with administrative tasks.
Applicants with a Class 2B riding license with own transportation are welcome (optional).
Class 3 driving license.
We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking operation teams.
