Job Scope:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of devices that form part of an integrated e-payment Fare Collection System. They will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from defining requirements to design, development, and testing.

Salary:

System: Up to $8000 (Depends on experience and qualifications)

Devices: Up to $7000 (Depends on experience and qualifications)

• Office hours (OT required only when operations need)

• 14 AL and 14 MC (Encashment if no AL is taken)

• 2+2 Years contract (Renewable and Convertible)

• Up to 2 months Bonus

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop applications for the Ubuntu platform, ensuring performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.

• Conduct unit testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

• Prepare technical documentation and liaise with stakeholders on requirements and testing.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development and system integration.

• Proficiency in C++ application development.

• Experience with Commercial Cloud platforms (AWS), including application deployment and web services.

• Knowledge of AWS Lambda Functions using Python or JavaScript.

Working Hours & Days:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
