Customer Service Executive, Coload (Airfreight) - #1094964

Be part of the co-loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products

• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.

• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly

• Assist in the administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.

• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements

• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly

• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis

• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.

• Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies

• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• 'O’ level/A level/Diploma in Business Administration or other disciple

• Min. 2 years of related experience (airfreight customer service, co-loading etc), preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.

• Proficient in MS-Office applications

• Prior experience with Cargowise system is preferred

• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills

• Organised and meticulous

• Great sense of responsibilities and commitment

• Willing to learn

• Team player with great initiative
