Job Description:

1.      Record day-to-day customer incoming collection into accounting system accurately and timely

2.      Address customer inquiries regarding billing and account related issues

3.      Maintain proper filing in accordance with company requirements

4.      Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate records

5.      Handling account opening for new customer

6.      Verify customer sales rebates

7.      Participate quarterly stock take

8.      Handle ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

1.      Possess at least GCE "O" level / "A" level or equivalent

2.      Positive and good working attitude

3.      Good team player and willing to learn

4.      Proficient in MS Office

5.      Immediate availability preferred
