Import Customer Service (Airfreight/ Tampines/ 5.5 days/ Up to $2,400) - #1094951

Responsibilities :

• Liaising with customers on import shipment arrangements, follow up with shipment status information and corporate clients
• Coordination on ongoing import freight with overseas over and partners
• Preparation of import shipments data entry and documentation handling and break bulks
• Arrange shipment with Agents /Forwarder on cargo release to Agents and import cargo pick up from agents.
• Follow up with terminal/Airline for shipment clearance matter and shipment survey
• Generate monthly report per customer’s requests
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Airfreight Import
