Administrative officer position Requirements:
Have experience in using and navigating Autocount system.
Have basic knowledge on how to key in petty cash, salary, expenses etc into Autocount.
Able to liaise with outsourced accountant on the required documents for Accounts.
Able to prepare salary payment slip for all employees.
Record payments made by customers for invoices in Autocount system.
Job details:
Monday ~ Saturdays: 7am to 4:30pm
Lunch time: 12pm ~ 12:45pm
Issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes and statement of accounts for all clients.
Issue purchase orders for suppliers.
Liase with delivery team and salesman on delivery schedules.
Key in petty cash, salary expenses, payment received etc into autocount system.
Prepare payment slip for all employees, including CPF, and all other employee benefits.
Filling of invoices into system.
Request payment from clients and prepare statement of accounts.
