Job Description

• Basic up to $5,500 + Commission

• Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

• Location : Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities in Malaysia and Indonesia. Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging business trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive growth in both markets. 

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. 

• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities. Negotiate partnership agreements and support cross-functional teams in executing collaborative projects. 

• Sales & Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to clients, ensuring a clear value proposition. Negotiate terms and close business deals effectively. 

• Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensure all data is up to date, including lead status, sales progress, and client communications. 

• Collaboration & Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the Managing Director and other internal teams to align strategies and business goals. 

• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline health, and business development outcomes, provide insights and analysis of market conditions and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development with a strong track record. 

• Preferably from the mechanical engineering industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

• Willing to travel to Indonesia
