Our client is seeking an Engineering Assistant (Reliability Engineering) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Test Preparation: Be trained in reliability tests to understand requirements and workflows, preparing you for success in your role.

• Report Generation: Prepare and submit laboratory reliability reports, honing your technical writing skills.

• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify abnormal test results or errors, developing your analytical capabilities.

• Communication: Report findings to Engineers and assist in creating action plans, enhancing your collaboration skills.

• Problem Solving: Work with supervisors and technicians to clarify issues and implement solutions, including amendments or retests as needed.

• Quality Assurance: For product issues, provide findings and liaise with the Failure Analysis team, contributing to product improvement.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to develop corrective actions for laboratory errors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Diploma Holder or Nitec in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, ready to apply your knowledge in a practical setting.

• Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/Lab environment is advantageous, but not required. Entry level is welcomed.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting tasks.

• Positive Attitude: A positive mindset and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this dynamic role.
