Administrative Tasks
To support operational needs of the home i.e. door manning, pick up telephone calls, help to send residents or pick residents, etc
To maintain the volunteers and corporates’ database and help in the coordination of volunteer/resident engagement activities
To support the rewards and incentivisation programmes for the residents (Rainbow Beams Programme)
Responsible in administrative tasks to support the operations of the home, such as raising RFPs for specified events and purchases, school pocket money fund etc.
To ensure compliance with the related SOPs of the centre and organization’s policies.
Any other administrative tasks assigned
Programme / Operations support
To support in the implementation and running of activities and programmes for the residents
To fulfil support roles for dorm management as and when required
Job Requirements:
‘O’ ‘A’ or ‘N’ levels certificate
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with children or young persons, programme development or groupwork. Fresh graduates may be considered as well.
Meticulous and organized
Good written and oral communication
Possess high level of initiative, independence and adaptability.
High levels of accountability and adaptability
Able to work after office hours or on weekends if required
