Job Description

Support day to day operation in warehouse. E.g Manual packing of goods for shipping & invoicing
Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing list for forwarders/couriers booking arrangement
Perform transaction and system update
Liaise with operation, sales & asset team on order fulfilment and deliveries
Coordinates with transporter/forwarder/couriers for delivery
Admin duties such as data entry and filling of documents and collate reports
Perform others job as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

At least Secondary Education Above
Able to lift at least 20kg of carton
Able to work OT when required
At least 2 year working experience
Training provided
Knowledge of warehouse barcode system & Microsoft Outlook ,e.g. Email/MS Excel
