For new Condominium projects

Previous working experiences in any type of CONSTRUCTION sites

Summary of Job Scope :

Project Management for Site

Project Planning and Coordination: Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects. 

Quality Control and Compliance: Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance. Ensuring the project's compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Site Management: Conducting spot or routine site visits to check subcontractor’s workmanship and speed. Resolving site problems encountered during the construction stage.

Documentation and Reporting: Reviewing engineering tasks and initiating necessary corrective actions. Monitoring work in progress 

Communication and Coordination: Coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
