Sales Support Assistant - #1094824

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for E-commence Order, Shipping schedule and enquiry handling by chat.
• Responsible for order processing and loading bay booking.
• Updating of pricing / brochures / templates.
• Support the sales teams in generating formal quotations.
• Provide sales report to sales team and update sales information regularly.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information.
• Maintaining an organised and accessible filing system.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and meticulous in administrative work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Our other ventures include Food Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Wholesale / Distribution, and import.

All our raw ingredients are sourced from SFA-approved establishments and quality is controlled through regular scheduled farm / plant surveys.
