Associate Engineer / Technician (1-Year Contract - Renewable) - #1094819

• 5 days work week (Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Office location: Near Jurong East MRT

Responsibilities

The Associate Engineer/Technician is expected to perform the following technical support for semiconductor equipment at customer sites:

• Install, commission, calibrate and test automation machines.

• Troubleshoot and repair machines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct machine overhauls and manage spare parts replacement.

• Perform machine upgrades, remodeling and basic hardware modifications.

• Deliver basic training to customer on machine operation and maintenance.

• Provide routine technical support and production assistance on-site.

• Monitor machine performance and submit report and feedback timely.

• Ensure all service activities comply with Safety and Regulatory Standards.

• Build and keep strong relationships with customers and internal team.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Tech Cert/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering/Factory Automation or equivalent.

• Knowledge in reading mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drawing/diagrams.

• Hands-on experience in machine installation, commissioning and maintenance will be an added advantage.

• Experience with automation machinery in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.

• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Basic computer literacy in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word).

• Willing to work overtime, shift and be on stand-by when needed.

• Training will be provided.
