What you'll be doing?

• Cost Analysis: Calculate new product costs based on customer requirements, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

• Material Research: Collect and analyze material information during early project development stages to support informed decision-making.

• Product Development: Lead new product development initiatives, managing project schedules, costs, and product testing processes.

• Technical Expertise: Apply GD&T knowledge to interpret and create detailed drawings, ensuring precision in product design.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

• Quality Assurance: Take the lead in APQP processes and guide the project team to achieve quality targets.

• BOM Management: Configure and maintain product Bills of Materials to support efficient manufacturing processes.

• Technical Support: Assist the sales team in proposing technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

• CAD Proficiency: Utilize 3D software such as Catia, SolidWorks, or NX to create and modify product designs.

• Tool Management: Participate in the acceptance and annual review of measuring and testing tools to ensure accuracy.

• Localization Support: Contribute to localization projects, adapting products for specific markets.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Degree holders in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Materials, or related fields, bringing a strong technical foundation to the role.

• GD&T Expertise: Professionals proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, essential for maintaining high standards in product design.

• CAD Skills: Individuals skilled in using 3D software such as Pro-E, SolidWorks, Catia, or NX to create and modify complex designs.

• Project Management: Candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and coordinate effectively.

• Leadership Qualities: Strong leaders with excellent logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills to drive project success.

• Industry Experience: Ideally, candidates with relevant industry experience and a solid understanding of technical concepts like GD&T.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally or overseas for customer visits and on-site technical discussions as needed.
