As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will be responsible for implementing various marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, market reporting and identifying opportunities to reach our target audience effectively. Your creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.
Your goal will be to create and direct outstanding creative works and marketing strategies that will help the Company achieve its desired objectives. You can expect to work in a small in-house team environment and shall play the supporting role from brief to orchestrating and eventually executing marketing projects in a timely manner.
There will be comprehensive training on company SOP and department processes.

Job Description
Aligned with the business development team and our business direction, your role as a Marketing Executive encompasses a multifaceted approach to drive brand visibility and engagement:
1. Develop and Implement Multichannel Marketing Campaigns:
You'll be at the forefront of creating and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing (EDMs), traditional marketing collaterals, and offline events. These campaigns will be tailored to resonate with our target audience and align closely with our business objectives.
2. Craft Compelling Content:
Your ability to craft persuasive and engaging contents will be crucial in capturing the attention of our audience. From blog copies to social media posts, advertisements, and email newsletters, and more, you'll ensure that our messaging is consistent, compelling, and reflective of our brand's unique selling points.
3. Product Understanding and Branding:
Delving deep into our products, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique selling points. This knowledge will inform your approach to marketing and ensure that our branding identity remains consistent across all channels.
4. Social Media Management and Engagement:
Managing our social media platforms, you'll actively engage with our followers and devise strategies to foster increased followership and engagement. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our social media presence and maximizing its impact.
5. Data Analysis and Evaluation:
During campaigns or after events, you'll meticulously evaluate data collected to gauge effectiveness. This data-driven approach will guide future decision-making and optimization strategies.
6. Coordination of Promotional Events:
You'll play a key role in coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
7. Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting thorough market research, you'll identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends, providing invaluable insights for strategic planning.
8. Collaboration and Alignment:
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, particularly business development, you'll ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts. This synergy will reinforce our overall marketing strategy and enhance our market positioning.
9. Competitor Monitoring and Innovation:
Vigilantly monitoring competitor activities and industry trends, you'll stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
10. Continuous Learning and Innovation:
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll execute marketing strategies while staying abreast of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Your proactive approach will involve proposing innovative ideas to continually enhance our marketing efforts and drive sustainable growth.
In essence, your role as a Marketing Executive is pivotal in shaping our brand's narrative, engaging our audience effectively, and driving strategic growth in line with our business objectives.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the creative fields, like Marketing or Communications
Required language(s): English must be fluent, Basic Mandarin is a plus as we need to coordinate with our Taiwan offices.
Mastery of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Adobe Knowledge
Plus Point to have: Data Analytics
Ability to communicate, understand, contribute and author creative strategies to support the marketing team
Ability to work independently, under pressure and datelines, with excellent time management and attention to detail
Flexible, highly motivated, and approachable with excellent communication skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
