You will provide frontline customer service for the Orthopaedic Diagnostic Centre. You will perform patient registration, schedule patients' appointments, and billing of patients. You will also provide administrative support such as updating of patients' details, monitor office supplies and stationery and collate statistics relating to department's Key Performance Index (KPI).
Requirement
GCE N/ O Levels, preferably with customer service work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills
