Videographer cum Editor - #1094724

Join Our Team:

We’re on the lookout for a creative, resourceful, and hands-on videographer-editor to build the brand presence of JTE Recruit across social platforms. You’ll be our in-house content creator — working closely with our recruiters and clients to produce videos that connect, inform, and engage.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit videos for internal staff branding, recruitment campaigns, client features, and social media content.

• Work closely with the marketing and recruitment team to plan creative content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create “day in the life” videos, staff intro reels, HR/client interviews, and employer branding features.

• Operate as a one-person production team – handling lighting, audio, video, and editing independently.

• Ensure high-quality and consistent visual branding across all content.

• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for reels/stories.

• Propose fresh content ideas aligned with hiring trends and employment topics in Singapore.

• Assist in basic animation or motion graphics (optional but nice to have).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (please include portfolio or samples).

• Proficient in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.

• Able to work independently with equipment (camera, mic, lighting).

• Creative storyteller with attention to detail and visual flair.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience creating employer branding or lifestyle focused videos.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, or motion graphics.

• Past work in startups, media, real estate, or recruitment-related sectors.
