About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive – Short-Form Content to craft compelling bite-sized content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates our brand presence. You’ll play a key role in ideating, producing, and distributing short-form videos across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do:

• Content Creation: Plan, script, and produce engaging short-form videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with target audiences.

• Social Media Execution: Manage daily posting and scheduling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

• Trend Spotting: Monitor trending formats and audio to develop timely and relevant content.

• Performance Optimisation: Track metrics like views, engagement, and shares to refine and improve content strategy.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, product, and marketing teams to support campaign objectives with powerful content.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion in Content Creation: min 1 year in content creation for self or work.

• Creative Storyteller: Strong visual storytelling skills with a flair for engaging, humorous, or emotionally resonant content.

• Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple content projects.
