Salary: Up to $2500
Working Days/hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours 830-530pm
Location: Serangoon - transport provided at AMK mrt

Responsibilities:
Respond to product-related enquiries and coordinate ad-hoc orders with internal teams.
Support sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update the master price list and product status.
Verify and process supplier invoices; coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
Proofread marketing collaterals and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
Liaise with external printers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Assist in developing SOPs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal departments to support business goals.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements
GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in product management or marketing coordination; experience in retail, publishing, or FMCG is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
