Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and report any issues or updates promptly.

• Supervise and support retail staff to ensure smooth customer service and efficient workflow.

• Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and coordinate restocking with the manager.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and products are properly displayed.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Train new employees on store procedures and customer service standards.

• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

• Enforce compliance with safety and operational policies.
