About the role
We are looking for Helpdesk Ops Support Executive with mandatory skills in Microsoft Office 365. This is a 1 year contract position.
What we offer:
Salary: Up to $2700 (Company does not provide bonus)
Work location: Ang Mo Kio Area
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
What we're looking for:
Singaporean (Need to clear mandatory background check)
1 - 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk/technical support
Must have experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (preferred)
Higher Nitec / Dip in IT
What you'll be doing:
GMS Application Helpdesk - Level 1 support to Grant Management System, Incident Management and Reporting
Supporting the Service Desk and performing 2nd level support to incoming queries (including analysing and troubleshooting).
Tracking and liaising with internal team to ensure that problem tickets are closed in timely manner
Liaising with external client IT team to ensure that problem tickets are closed with right governance process
Assist in the User ID management support and queries
Perform level 1 support for Secured FTP interfaces with external agencies
Provide immediate guidance to end users with good quality documentation
