About the role
We are looking for Helpdesk Ops Support Executive with mandatory skills in Microsoft Office 365. This is a 1 year contract position.

What we offer:

  • Salary: Up to $2700 (Company does not provide bonus)

  • Work location: Ang Mo Kio Area

  • Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

What we're looking for:

  • Singaporean (Need to clear mandatory background check)

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk/technical support

  • Must have experience supporting Microsoft Office 365

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (preferred)

  • Higher Nitec / Dip in IT

What you'll be doing:

GMS Application Helpdesk - Level 1 support to Grant Management System, Incident Management and Reporting

  • Supporting the Service Desk and performing 2nd level support to incoming queries (including analysing and troubleshooting).

  • Tracking and liaising with internal team to ensure that problem tickets are closed in timely manner

  • Liaising with external client IT team to ensure that problem tickets are closed with right governance process

  • Assist in the User ID management support and queries

  • Perform level 1 support for Secured FTP interfaces with external agencies

  • Provide immediate guidance to end users with good quality documentation
